At Sprouted, we do our very best to make sure every child has a positive, engaging learning experience. Our team carefully plans each session, books venues in advance, and prepares personalised materials for your child. Our refund and enrollment policy is designed to keep things fair, simple, and transparent for everyone — while helping us maintain small, high-quality classes for each child.

1. Securing Your Spot

When you enrol and make payment, your child’s place in the class is reserved just for them.
Because we keep our groups small, each enrollment means we turn away other interested families once the class is full.

Please note that for your child’s spot to be reserved- the full program amount will need to be paid to SproutED. 

2. Refunds and Cancellations

Before the program begins:
You can receive a full refund if you cancel 5 days or more before the program begins (in some circumstances- cancellation may be permitted for up to 3 days prior to program commencement)

Within 1 week of the start date:
A 50% refund may be available if we can fill your child’s spot with another student.

After the term begins:

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for missed or unused classes.This is because teachers, venues, and materials are all booked and prepared ahead of time for your child’s attendance.

However, we understand that life happens — so if your child becomes unwell or something unexpected occurs, please reach out. We’ll always do our best to help you with a make-up class or credit where possible.

3. Program Changes

In case of emergency or illness- parents will be notified prior to the cancellation of a class. In rare situations, we may need to adjust class times. If this happens, we’ll always contact you in advance and offer alternative options where we can.

4. Communication

We believe in warm, open communication. Upon enrollment- you will be joined into a Whatsapp group where you can meet other families also enrolled in the program. This group is where all teachers and class updates are given.

5. Agreement
